Husband of Yukta Mookhey, former Miss World and Bollywood actor, Prince Tuli, filed a Petition after being denied anticipatory bail.
Yukta filed in the Mumbai Sessions Court a claim in respect of domestic violence. She also claimed that her husband forced her to have unnatural sex. The complaint included abuse by her husband and in-laws for cruelty, harassment and physical abuse.
The appeal was filed in the Bombay High Court seeking anticipatory bail.
