Unfair Competition Act - the ensure usage of legal IT software

According to the Unfair Competition Act (UCA) manufacturers exporting to the US (particularly in Washington/Louisiana) will have to ensure usage of legal IT software in their business operations. The UCA makes it a violation to use stolen or misappropriated IT infrastructure in its entire supply chain. This Bill although in “communicative period” is already being enforced. Companies that are already compliant with UCA will need is to get an audit certification from their external auditors to confirm that the software used is paid for.  The Law will be moved across all US states speedily.
